I know it's old school, but I like to keep my iPod plugged in (it doesn't have Bluetooth) because I do a lot of out of town travel and finding radio stations every hour isn't fun. The iPod occupies the only USB Toyota gave me. Can't charge a phone while it's plugged in. Also, if my phone is plugged in my wife can't charge hers. It's just a hassle.

fortunately we stream thru Pandora. never use radio or xm radio. old days we used an ipod but moved all the music to the phone if need be, can stream thru BT to the head unit. I have about 3500 music files on the phone as a fall back.

radio is pretty much useless now that I put a 3" stubby antenna on. looks great but there is either no or piss poor reception with that 3" installed.

That's part of my problem. Phone is full just on photos and apps (only 16g) and I tried streaming via Bluetooth but have to turn volume up to 60 just to hear it! Sounds great when it's plugged into the USB. Something must be wrong.

is your media volume set to low? BT volume is dependent on media volume. if you need to crank the head unit volume to 60 then check the media volume on the phone.

Thats what I have too. Bought 2 on Amazon, think I paid like $5 for each work great, perfect for the back seat plug. Kids keep their phones/ipads plugged in and the cords reach perfectly to their seats.

That's my solution too. I also think that the stock plugs are more versatile than multiple USB plugs are because I can plug in a USB converter or a power cord for an inverter or other devices that don't use a USB connection into the standard power outlet.

Just modified my new 2018! 5" zone, 20x10 fuel hostage with 296/60r20 Ridge Grapplers. Also color matched the front and rear bumpers, as well as the grill surround, then threw on a set of bushwackers.

    None. Keeping this one stock.
That kit include control arms. Also. Does the radar and pre collision still work?

Thanks guys! Spent way too much time deciding on my setup, now I have no idea what to spend my evenings doing. Overall very happy with it. The ride is only slightly stiffer I'd say, but hardly noticeable. The Ridge Grapplers are very quiet. I do think I'll eventually go to 35's though and probably add another 3/4" or so to the rear to give it a slight rake. Mgp settled in @ 12.1-12.3 ish..... Not bad at all

Radar and pre Collison works fine no issues.

Bumper caps. Painted or powder coat. And is it over the chrome caps. Is the color match ok? Looks good from what I can tell. How did you get rid of all the chrome

Ajbarnard84, where'd you get your color-keyed grill surround and hood bulge? I'm looking to do the same thing with my '18 SR5.
