3” lift, black step bars, aftermarket wheels, LT305/55R20 was this way when I brought it.
I have a question- you said the parking sensor went off when to got slow enough (don’t you press the button to turn it on and off or does it stay on all the time)

Yeah, but I think you have to be going under a certain speed for it to activate. It wasn't going off when I was up to speed while driving, but when I slowed down to a stop they'd go off. I turned it off once I realized they were frozen.

I lemon lawed my 15 Silverado. Took forever. About 8 months start to finish. Still lost a little money on it. It sat in my driveway the whole time. Will never drive a “us” truck again.
Thank god for it not being my only ride. Ruined river season for me though, no tow vehicle for the boat.

I have had mine since August, and have not had any issues like you described. I live nearby, but have never been a fan of Freedom Toyota. I got mine from Performance Toyota and they have always taken good care of me. This is my second Tundra; my last one was a 2013

Sorry for the trouble you're having... is there an alternative dealer near you? I have two near me... the sales dept in one sucks somewhat awful and the service dept in the other is pretty shitty so i buy from one and get it serviced at the other.

It does seem that the 2018s are having issues with the TSS though but nowhere near to the extent that you are. I totally understand you wanting to go back to ford, especially if you've had a good experience with them. Since we're all pretty fond of our trucks here, we're generally going to talk crap about the other brands. If you have the patience to give it another shot, try to get another dealer to fix it, once you get past these teething problems, they really are an awesome truck

Same here ... it always looks suspect. Can't stand when people join a forum to do nothing but complain about their issue. I totally support them looking for answers and offering input that may help others, but it doesn't feel right when someone opens a new account and their first post is a long complaint. Unfortunately, he lost me at Ford...

I'm somewhat biased. Find a decent low mileage 07 and you will be good to go. Every year more nanny's, more BS...

A coworker just lemon lawed his F150 in PA. It took several months. He had the driveshaft vibration. In the end all he received was compensation. Ford was not forced to buy back his truck. He traded it in on a 18 crewman limited.

I had an 07 Ford 150 lariat, didn't have any issues other than being a Ford only reason I got it was because my sister got it brand new and took over payments real low. I couldn't wait to get rid of it, only issue was the spark plugs expensive because they broke off and they would charge extra to retread thru the plug. And also the phasers problem engine sounded like it had busted gasket by the engine manifold. Other than that it was ok lol... Once I drove my tundra I fell in love with the smooth ride, the leather (I got the 1794 copper outside brown leather inside!! Freaking Awesome!! Can't wait to do a lift maybe an exhaust upgrade too!!

Quite frankly, IMHO, the 1794 in copper/bronze is one of the most beautiful trucks inside and out!!

This seems fitting. My business partner has a 2015 F-150 King Ranch EB just over 2 yrs old and 27k miles ($63k msrp). It just broke down yesterday and left him stranded several hours from home. Had to be towed back to his dealer. Even though Toyotas may have a few issues, I would stick with my Tundra any day over a F-150.

I have not had one issue with my 2014. Sorry to hear about your trouble with the electronics but at least the mechanicals will be great and you won't get stranded! For reference. I have a Raptor motor in my boat and it spent most of the summer back in the shop with misfiring issues that were solved by removing the spark plug heat shields after three trips. Painful but I still love the boat!

I thought Toyota already figured out a fix for this. I'd definitely go to another dealer.

I'm with you...most of our very large, Catholic, family have been driving Toyota's since the late-70's and none have had issues even close to these. (I've never known anyone who did with a Toyota.)

Yes, CALL the Toyota number to file a complaint...they DO take them serious and will help. (Probably send an expert out to the dealership to look at the Tundra.)

Lemon law guidelines are different for every state...a search on the state (*.gov) website should give more info.
