Ran into a snag, Pro LED Left came damaged. My wife says, "why didn't you check the box before starting the project?" That seems too logical.

So I had to put everything back together. The good thing I can easily do this again. The annoying part is I can't get the trim part to snap in just by my foot. Any help from folks? Is the white plastic piece suppose to come out with the trim piece?

Installed dimming harness and lights! Thx @Roman and @iHacker.
Depinning was tough. Finally got it but I crushed the microscopic plastic clip or mangled. That's why it took so long. So be gentle if you do this and it should come out.

    Ihacker,
I have the “19” TRD Pro LED headlights on the way and am in need of the harness for my “16” Tundra TRD off-road. I would prefer the non-dimming with the optional DRL delete. Plz contact me so we can set this up. Many thanx to you and Roman for this forum.

I have the original ihacker harness without dimming. Is there a way I can add the dimming feature with this harness?

Installed the 2019 pro headlights with the @iHacker dimming harness this weekend and the directions make this install a breeze. Thanks again!

I think if you have the parking brake on before you start the vehicle, the lights shouldn't come on at all. At least that's how it works for mine, but I don't have remote start.

So I have 19 TSS and according to Thai thread I need the harness? If so is the first one on the OP that is $100 correct?

Good morning guys I hope everything is going well for everyone

I just wanted to share this thread

    https://www.tundras.com/threads/car...-headlight-wiring-harness.73373/#post-1879779

Keep an eye to this thread and check the mentioned spots and if possible please consider relocating all zip ties away from any of the AC lines to avoid any future issues. Consider zip tying to the AC harness instead and make sure nothing is in direct contact with pipes.

@SoCalTundy had an unfortunate issue in this spot but not sure what really happened. Just a heads up go and inspect this, removing the grille isn’t really necessary for a quick inspection but if you notice something suspicious is better to relocate this harness.

My harness has been sitting there in the same location since September 2017 with no visible damage everything is shiny and looking clean but all cases but this depends on many external factors.

@iHacker Thank you for putting together an excellent product, and backing it up with great customer service! I have enjoyed reading the reviews from your work. I just bought a 2014 Limited CM and am interested in upgrading my headlights to the 2019 Pro lights. I believe (but am not 100% sure) I have the amber DRL that dim. The headlights on this truck are pretty foggy so I am having trouble telling if they actually dim or not. Is there a easy way to tell? I am interested in buying your wiring harness sometime before Thanksgiving hopefully. Any help is much appreciated!

Got my smoke chrome headlights from @Roman and got my wiring harness from @iHacker. Installation was a breeze and don't forget to check all connections in case of troubleshooting. If you havent done this mod yet you should. A big thank you to @Roman and @iHacker for great products and great support after the sale.

I checked my wiring today finally. I routed the wire below the headlights then across. I circled it in the picture, keeps it away from that pipe.

Looking good, I think the problem in the thread was an isolated event is the only one reported to date but is a good idea to keep an eye just in case.

Quick question I need clarified. For a 2015 SR5 with amber DRL is it a correct statement that the purple wire in the 3 pin turn signal connector DOES NOT need to be reconnected? I have an issue with my lights where the interior lights are coming on during day without headlights on and flash with turn signals. My amber DRL's are still on and in use with the 2018 LED headlights, I did not disable these. Please advise...thanks

I installed the 2019 PRO headlights today with the dimming harness. Thanks to @iHacker and @Roman for the fast shipping. I was really impressed with the quality of the wiring harness. The harness and the detailed instructions made for an easy install. Depinning the grey wire under the dash was quick using a safety pin but I struggled a few minutes getting the other wire through the fire wall grommet. Not a lot of room to work in that corner.
I went for a quick drive after dark and was shocked at the difference in light output. This upgrade was well worth the investment. Now... I need new fogs because the warm halogens do not match. It never ends does it?
