Thought the same thing; going 95 and not knowing it? And what does the cop have anything to do with it? Did he pull you over? I'm sure anyone can tell the difference between 45 and 95 MPH.

He's actually riding around in his Ford, the real truck of his original post, except for the 95mph part.

 

Mentioning that a "cop was behind us" is a textbook manipulation technique. Laying the groundwork tha since a LEO was behind us we would never intentionally speed. So doing 95 around a curve would have to be the fault of the truck. I don't know, going from 45 to 95 around a curve and the op doesn't notice does t pass the smell test to me.
