    New 2016 Tundra coming soon!
So I'm currently a private military contractor overseas, and am about to purchase a new 2016 Tundra Limited. I really would like the TRD Package added on, but I've been looking at the SST 4/2 from Readylift, and it says it's not applicable with the TRD Pro Bilstein shock absorbers. Those obviously come with the TRD Package. My question is....has anyone figured out a way around this? I'd really like to put that lift on the truck, any suggestions?

I'm not 100% sure but I don't think the pro bilstien come on a normal trd. I think they only come on the pro trucks. So you should be fine with that lift.

Thanks Virgil. I'm just confused because on Toyota's website when you're building a Tundra package, the TRD package says it comes with Bilstein shocks? I may just have to talk to the dealer

    • A normal trd will have bilstien shocks I believe but they are different than the ones on the pro trucks. I think. Lol. @Sean266 will chime in I'm sure with the correct answer. But I think you will be fine with a trd and that lift.

TRD's come with bilstein 4600 shocks. Not the TRD PRO shocks. OP you will be fine with the Ready lift kit.
