Hey guys I have a 2016 SR tundra and it doesn’t have fog lights but the wires are there ready to plug into some. Are those wires connected to headlight switch already? Also want to install a stock Toyota fog light switch as well? Any ideas ?

I added fogs to my 2020 SR. Wires and plugs were there, but I had to get a new turn signal stalk that has the fog switch on it and had to put in a factory relay in the fuse box. All very simple jobs done with OEM parts.

There's a few good posts on here that detail process and part numbers.

Just gun shy about removing steering wheel and removing airbag?.I’m sure I have the wheel puller. But is there any hidden difficulties I need to hear now? I’m going to order the light switch for the stock oem figlights. Please let me know. Great pics BTW..

I removed the steering wheel and air bag with no special tools. Everything was very straight forward.

the whole process can be done in less than an hour. Before you disconnect the air bag you need to disconnect the battery. Some people say you need to leave it disconnected for about a half hour before messing with anything to ensure any capacitors have drained. I can't verify that, but I guess better safe than sorry.

Hey Steve what’s the deal with the 15pin connector versus the 10pin connector on the bone stock unit off my truck ??. So the upgraded unit with the fog light switch will plug right in too my existing wiring ??

Yes, the new switch plugged in no problem and worked as if it was there from the factory.

Do you happen to have the Toyota part number you purchased from Toyota so I can order one up. Seems those switches are super hard to get but I want the Oem unit for sure..

See picture below for all the parts I ordered for the LED upgrade. I got them all from Sparks. You'll also need the wiring harness for the headlights.
