2016 White Tundra Pro

My latch/cable on the DS back seat cable came unhooked or stuck? Anyone else have the same issue. I have a 2016 DC Tundra Pro. I went to get in the under seat storage and it would not come up. Trying to figure a way to get the seat up so I can look at it. Going to make an appointment with dealership to get fixed but would like to be able to get under it before then.
The picture is not of mine just one I found on internet.
