My 2015 Tundra factory installed alarm is going off randomly with no rhyme or reason. Dome lights are not on. Would a hood or door switch going bad cause this? Thanks

    Lost track after #1.
Could be a bad/shorted connection or corrosion somewhere. Also could be battery-related.

Good chance it's the hood latch sensor. I had the same symptom on my 2016 and changed it out and have not had a problem.
Mine was doing it mostly on cold nights. I suspect that the change in temp as the truck cooled down was causing the switch to malfunction.
Here's a video that shows the basics. Not a tundra but shows you whats up with the hood latch sensor.
