2014-2021 Front/Rear Anytime Camera Mod - FRAC Harness

I purchased frac harness from https://www.fracharness.com/, got it installed by professional service shop, it stopped working properly after 1 week: both cameras show black screen, even when in rear gear mode, until electronics warms up (can take 5-15 minutes) then both cameras work. Assume bad soldering/loose contact inside the electronics block or even bad capacitor/some other electronics.
Waiting for a response if I can exchange falty with working one.

I have received a response. I have also received a replacement. I am going to the service shop next week to replace and will post here if that was a bad connection or a faulty harness/module.
