I may have stumbled onto something, these to wires look like the broke probably from the steering wheel moving into position when the key is turned on?

    Just saw the tag.
Tied up a bit today (Happy Thanksgiving) but I’ll take a look when I can later.

you’re checking with the key fully in ignition, not just ACC, right? That first relay is ACC and the rest requires full IGN

I posted this once but I don't see it, so here it is again. I may have stumbled onto something, these 2 wire are broke maybe from the steering wheel moving into position when the key is turned on?

That looks like a clean cut. But if that light green is coming from your ignition switch, that would explain the IGN relays not having power

Yes as stated if that light green wire that is broken is the one from the ignition switch to the pin 43 of the fuse box that is the reason the bottom 3 relays are not closing.

Which would explain why the top one is on the orange or beige wire but the rest are not on the light green wire

It was about 17 deg out on the day that it quit working, the wire may have snapped from not having enough slack along with the cold weather, going to test it next

    17F shouldn’t be an issue.
I’m not familiar with the platinum steering wheel “auto move” feature, but it shouldn’t be designed to put that wiring in harms away. Not saying it didn’t, or something at some point didn’t compromise those wires (something installed over the years?) and eventually they broke when you started it up. Where exactly are those broken wires in context of the truck, and what connector are they running to? I’m curious what the blue wire is as well.

I'm guessing you are going to "stress test" the surrounding wires a bit and try to analyze exactly what is going on. Quite curious.

OMG!!! IT WORKS! I can't thank you all enough, I am so thankful for all your help especially on Thanksgiving day, you guys are quite a teem hopefully I can return the favor or help someone else in the future. I have been working on this truck relentlessly for 3 or 4 days now. My Grandson flew out to my house in Idaho from San Diego to get the dirt bike that restored for him. Our plan was to put the dirt bike in the truck and deliver it to his house in San Diego on Sat. We had already started making alternate plans when the truck failed me. I have 3 toyota's, a 98 4runner with 320k, a 206 Sequoia and my truck and I have never had had to take any of them to a mechanic to have them fixed. Again, Thank you all sooo much for spending you time to help me on Thanksgiving day, enjoy your day and I will be monitoring this Great Forum from time to time. Cheers! Jim

After I looked at the diagram and your harness photos it was pretty much a given. Congratulations! Happy Thanksgiving!

Full EWD of the Power Source system for the 2013.

If that is your wires coming from the ignition switch, then the blue wire is your AM2 fuse to the ignition switch. This provides power to the IG2 Relay that then powers a bunch of other stuff out of the engine bay fuse block.
Light Green is the power from the Ignition Switch to the IG No. 1, IG No. 2, and IG No. 3 relays in the cabin that power everything Jeff was referring to.

    Sweet!
What part of Idaho? I grew up in Bonners Ferry (far north end).

Nice to see it fixed, a broken wire is never easy to track down and very hard to diagnose without a lot of measuring with voltmeter ect.

Steering wheel "Auto Move" function - It did look like someone had been there replacing something in the past because the wires were tied down with nylon zip ties which did not look like something Toyota would do. Cycling the function the wires were pulled pretty tight and did not have enough slack.
