I'm looking to see if anyone know of a shop in the MD or Va area that can do a rack and pinion change out. Or can explain how to get this without tearing the motor out. Thank you.

Steering rack bushings a few times. I got a quote from a shop for $900, previously done on a other Tundra by lifting the transmission.
