They key fob and power locks inside cab dont work. Was told it was a blown fuse. Found fuse panel under steering wheel but very difficult to pull out. The cover does not say specifically which one it is, any ideas?

You have two fuse boxes. One under the hood and one by the emergency brake in the cab. Invest in a cheap test light and check them all without having to remove them. My 2015 came with a plastic fuse puller that is in a slot in the under hood fuse box. Very handy to use if you need to pull/replace a fuse. The under hood fuse box has a diagram of what each fuse goes to inside the box cover.

Maybe you will be lucky and it’s just a fuse. I have a 2012 and had this same issue. Several trips to the dealer before they figured it out. Luckily still in warranty at the time. Mine was an electrical issue but can’t remember what it was as it’s been a few years

Check the 3rd fuse from the bottom on the left side of the interior panel. 25amp fuse.

And your fuse panel cover doesnt have the fuse listed as "DR/LCK"?

Edit, depending on the way you view the panel its actually on the right and is the 3rd one down. Weird...
