Yes, the passenger leaf spring is installed backward - facing the wrong direction - flip it; there is about a 1" length difference between each side of the leaf pack - so that is pushing you're rear wheel 1" farther to the rear of the truck too.

I'm not totally sure flipping the leaf will raise you up the 1.5" you need - but it's a start!

    Here is that Toytec 1/2" shim - I personally would be really hesitant to use anything bigger than this on one side alone, but if this can help you level the lean more its an option;

I haven’t dealt with any dealer mechanics but I’m in a small town and they’re all (mechanic shops)either shady or do shotty work as you can see. The only reason I asked the guy to do it was because I’m tied up all week and the spring has been sitting on my porch for several days taking up space. The other two shops I have used have lied about replacing new parts or either tell you they fixed a problem and then you get the vehicle back and it still has the same issue.

I’m going to flip the leaf spring around as soon as I can and see if actually replacing it correctly fixes the sag

Hmmm.... Looking at your pictures, I don't think it's backwards... Take a look at this picture below of stock leaf springs. See how these have the "extra" metal curving around the end of the spring? That part should be in the forward position of your truck. I'm not seeing that in the pictures you posted. So you can rule out them being installed backwards. Is there any gap at all between the spring and axle?

Edit: I am assuming all tundra stock springs have this extra curve. My 2013 did. You might crawl under and see if both of your springs do. If the passenger spring does not have this, it very well might be backwards still.

I'd wait to blame the mechanic just yet. You said it was in a wreck? Wonder if the frame is tweaked. You might measure the distance between the spring and frame in the center of each. It really does look like your axle on that side is pushed back, but I wonder if it's something more going on.

Read my edit in the above post.

The leaf spring is 100% on backwards. It is the same spring but it is installed opposite of the other side, hence the wheelbase being off by about and inch. It will be fixed today. I don’t know if it will help the sag but a problem nonetheless that I didn’t even notice initially because I was pissed that it was still sagging.

Hope it works out for you; as mentioned I'd check out that Toytec shim if you need a smaller amount of correction after everything is all fixed. Good luck.

In the pictures of his you reposted you can clearly see in your first pic of the passenger side that the "curved" part is installed facing the rear of the truck - not the front - look closer.

Just an update guys. I fixed my one side sag by installing a ToyTec 1-1.5” lift shackle on the sagging side. Evened things up and front and rear fender wells measure the same heights from the top of the tire.

This seems wrong. What was the original problem? Is the frame tweaked? The sag is a symptom. What was the cause?

So now you have a longer shackle on one side. I don’t think that’s right either. What happened when you turned the leaf around? Will it even align that way?

Seems like a perfect way to burn tires, bearings, and just about all
    Components on one side.

That doesn't seem like a good remedy at all. You don't use a single longer shackle to level. Never.

Maybe a block better the axel and leaf spring would have made more sense. With my truck, I had to do that on the driver's side. The front was and is leveled perfectly. I took the leaf springs off and measured the the arch in them, both the same.

I haven’t found the problem. It’s been on the lift a couple times for oil changes and new tires and I can’t find the issue. Maybe a frame issue I can’t see. The new leaf springs helped a little bit I was still about an inch low on the passenger side. Can you guys educate me on why a leaf or two or a block may be better than the shackle. I ask on here because I don’t know.

I don’t think a leaf or block on one side that’s not on the other is any better. Should be the same on both sides. As others said you are just putting a band aid on the symptom and not actually fixing the cause. Do you have a Toyota dealer nearby that you can take it to?

There is nothing wrong with your truck, lean is normal in most if not all 4wd Toyota’s. Some have more than others, a shim in the front or the 1/2” toytec block is the best way to fix. You will not have uneven tire wear or cause any damage to your driveline with the shin or block. If it really bothers you sell that Tundra and buy another that has less lean. You are trying to fix a problem that isn’t a problem.
