I'll add another problem, this is a Tundra forum.

Now, trying to read your writing, it seems as if you blew a fuse or fried something on the drive by wire throttle.

so toyota tundra isn't still a toyota? i thought i could still ask about camry seeing that Toyota has made tundras as well..i have a bunch of post on this site where people talked about their camry and got help. i googled my problem and it led me to this site. thanks.
and as i have stated in the post, no fuses are blown...next ill try to see if something is wrong with the throttle.
Thanks for giving me an idea about the throttle.

I've heard of this, try disconnecting your battery for a while, honk the horn to make sure all residual charge is dissipated.

Who's being rude? This is a Tundra site and as such most of us have no idea of the particulars of a Camry, even if it is a Toyota. Would you call a vet if you had a toothache?
We still gave you advice. Toyotas use an electronic throttle. It's controlled by a computer. You may have blown something when you hooked up the battery wrong.

That's right... chastise us into helping. That usually works, right?

If you don't see a blown fuse and leaving the battery cable off for 30 minutes doesn't fix your problem, your best bet is to call a shop or Toyota service at the dealer. Good luck

You posted a question in broken English about a random vehicle and then give attitude to someone who is an electronics technician by trade who was actually trying to help you. I'm done. Good luck.

Have you checked all fuse boxes? Check for the throttle fuse to see if its burned out.

Also, if you find a wiring diagram, check the fuses closest to the battery first.

    Hey Brandi,

This forum might help you out more.

    http://www.toyotanation.com/forum/15-camry-solara-forum/#/forums/15

When the battery cables are put on wrong, I have heard of ECMs getting fried. That can get very spendy. In fact, I never jump anyone. If a battery dies, I get a tow.

    http://www.autogenius.info/toyota-camry-2010-fuse-box-diagram/

Remember there is two fuse boxes. One under the instrument cluster and one under the hood.

Good luck. Sorry we were not much help.

Are you getting a check engine light? The car shouldn't go into limp mode without throwing a code. Time to bust out the code reader if the fuses are ok.

Also, you may get a generic P0101 code or something similar about the ECU or ECM or something. Might be a master code when another issue is present.
