Me-So customs have 3d printed blocks you can glue on to screw the washers for the 18-20 headlights. It might be compatible with the Alpharex with little modifications.

@yeeyo Sequoia is  Thanks for the link! I am not upgrading the lower-trim piece because I ordered the 2007-2013 Alpharex Pro version headlights. I did not want to mess with updating the lower trim. I flipped the Alpharex over this morning and there are screw holes where the washer assembly should go (I think). Looking at pics from yeeyo's post and the bottom side of the Alpharex they seem to be in the right spot. If all else fails I can use JB Weld

Sorry for the missed messages and time away...I re-entered the Air Force at a ripe age of 38 and have been at OTS for the last 2 months. Glad to be back home and back here.

Upcoming mod: 2018+ Sequoia headlights and painted grill (finally). I like the Alpharex lights but love the OEM sequoia lights!

Picked this up for $200 shipped on eBay, and the second ($275) will be here on Monday as well as the extension panels. The @xrunnerdude67 harness is in production and due in a week or so as well. Very excited to install these based on the pics from other members.

The second light arrived today (day early) and is in great shape as well. The one on the right is missing the bottom of the tab that holds the extension panel on but I don't think that will be a huge issue. Now, I'm just waiting on the extension panels, paint, and the harness. To be continued.......IMG_4204.jpg

Grill and extension panels back from paint but still awaiting the harness. Here is a pic of the painted grill. I think it looks so much better now that it is color matched as opposed to the old wrong color vinyl wrap. Shout out to Bill's auto service in Clovis, NM for a great paint job, perfect match, and awesome price ($184). I can't wait to get the harness and get those new headlights installed!IMG_4255.jpgIMG_4257.jpg

Your truck is one of the reasons that I decided to do the conversion. Looks great! Any tips on the harness install? Which option did you choose?

Originally, i went with the dimming option! Never got the LED running lights to fully light up. The never dimmed and we're always low. I even went as far as going into the dealership and comparing the brightness of mine and a stock sequoia, huge difference! I emailed xrunner and let him know what was happening. I bit the bullet and ordered the LED "always on" harness. Instantly after the installed the replacement harness, the LED running lights where exactly lit to their capacity.

The harness is a pretty straight forward install. It'll take you longer if you ordered the dimming option. If you did order the dimming option, get yourself a de-pinning kit, it'll save you time and a headache. If you didn't it'll be a lot easier.

I went with option 2 which is always bright and amber boomerangs. Hopefully this won’t be a hassle like yours was initially. All the work paid off on yours though, it looks great. I’m patiently awaiting my harness and chomping at the bit to finish it all up.

Straight up install then. The harness fits a little tight on the drivers side because of the battery. Start running the harness through the passenger side to the drivers side, with the headlights off. This will help you out a bit. It took me about 45 minutes for the non dimming harness install. All the connections are different too, you really can't mess it up. Good luck man, i want to see the end results.

Thanks man, I LOVE the new look. The OEM lights change the who’ll look of the truck now. I though the alpharex lights were a huge change but.......not compared to these. As for the harness, it couldn’t have been easier! I ran into a problem with my drivers side DRL only being half lit and am looking for a suitable replacement.

You're absolutely right, they change the entire look of the Sequoia. I just noticed your drivers side DRL is only half lit up, good luck finding a replacement. Looks good though.

A couple upgrades on the way:

    - Replacement headlight
    - Shallow mount 8" Rockford Fosgate sub to replace the stock sub.
    - DD SS3 sport fogs (can't install until Christmas though)
    - TRD center caps to replace the blocky and bulky TSS ones
    - Replacement passenger seat cushion.
    - Factory replacement speakers to replace my old ones that @16MagSR5 was gracious enough to give me for free (thanks again man!)

I should be able to post some pics by Sunday after most of these are installed.

Just the seat cushion cover (perforated leather) . My actual cushion is still in good shape, just has ripped leather in a couple of spots.

Got the replacement headlight installed as well as the SS3s (should have listened to @BrandonL812 earlier!) and TRD wheel center caps. This is how the TSS wheels should have looked from the factory! I added red vinyl to the outer perimeter of the TRD circle to mimic the TRD Pro wheels. SO much better.
