If you are looking for a Shipping/Order update, your best bet for the quickest response is to get in-touch with our CS Team! Phone or email works, but I am willing to bet you'll be put in a call queue due to the Sheer volume we hit each day. Opt for a Call-back for the most efficient route for contact! We are also very active through email.

Mine come in today as well. I asked the wife if I could get them and she said order them....Fathers Day is coming up. No, she doesn't know how much they were, nor does she know what the Toytec bill was 2 weeks prior...lol.

I appreciate this as well. I did get a timely email from sales as well when I inquired. My goal was to get a tentative date of arrival due to porch pirates. I have cameras, but they don't stop thieves.

Understand, but business is required to charge tax on online sales under the below conditions:
    • it engages in 200 or more business transactions with persons in Hawaii;
    • its gross income from Hawaii sources is $100,000 or more; or
    • it does business in and outside Hawaii and its apportionment formula sales factor numerator is $100,000 or more.

Got mine and installed. Look great, they are a little rattly by the trim piece mounts but I was able to snug them up with a zip ties against a truck bracket and a hole.

I did one of mine until the mosquitoes came out. Did you have a slightly larger gap between the top of the light and the hood?

I was able to adjust to get it pretty even. I’ll be honest I expected a little better quality top mounts and the gaps to be a little tighter on the outside of the fender but that’s just my wallet talking and my ocd  I’m not mad at them, the sequential signal is legit. It’s a little bit of a downgrade compared to what I had, but I was able to remove the relay harness and clean up a bunch of wires. Maybe the next set will be some MLED 2.0 retro’d

I'll mess with it a little more tomm for gap adjustments. Guess what....my leveling motors run backwards too. I'll email Morimoto and see what they say about it. It looks like the cover snaps onto the back of the motors, but I didn't pull it off to see if we can fix it ourselves.

I wouldn't mess with it unless Morimoto tells you to do so. You don't want to mess with the warranty. I wonder if it's just reversed polarity. :notsure:

Mine were also reversed as far as adjustment settings go. I’ve always set at 3.5 anyhow so I’m not too concerned with that.

Mine too but my concern is adjusting if you tow anything heavy. I received an email back from Morimoto on this but I figured out why its reversed.

The stock headlight has the motor driven gears at the bottom. The XB's are reversed.

That's interesting that these adjustments are reversed, although I could see how this is the case. I was doing a bunch of installing on a Ford Raptor just last night and the XB Adjustments were as so:

    Counter-clockwise: Beam Pattern goes Up

    Clock-wise: Beam Pattern goes Down

I'm sending a message up to our Tech about this.

Here is the email that I received from Travis. I am looking at it right now. I may have a fix if I'm smart enough lol.

    Travis M (Morimoto)

    May 22, 2020, 9:46:08 AM EDT

    George,

As far as I know, all of the headlights out there for that year range, do have the motors reversed. We've reported this to the manufacturer to have them update this on future production.

As far as an easy fix, unfortunately I do not have anything to offer in terms of that. I SUSPECT that inverting the wiring for the up/down would solve the issue, but I can't guarantee that there's not something else in the motor that this might affect.

I thought their response would be a wiring swap but not the case. I wonder what their fix is going to be? Wiring or re-locating the motor?

I wonder if we could depin the connector and swap the leads. A meter would aid in that
