I'm going to 100% agree with you on this. Customer service is a tough go when everything is running smoothly in the world, let alone when it's gone to shit with a pandemic. We, as consumers, have no idea what their staffing levels look like at this very moment, nor how many people are multitasking due to layoffs and/or furloughs. Have some patience and give them a chance to do the right thing.

I ordered mine on the first GB that @HeadlightRevolution offered and they're phenomenal lights, fitment was right on point with OEM. Unfortunately I had an issue with my drivers side high beam aiming way too high. I PM'd them on here and was referred to email their XB Tech Travis with some pictures of the problem. A couple of emails back and forth with Travis and he had a brand new drivers side XB LED headlight on the way to me, @ no charge to me. They also issued me a return label for the one on my truck to drop off with UPS so they can assess the issue with aiming that I was having.

I agree as well. Times are different. You weren't able to adjust it with the adjustment screw?.....just curious.

They are doing the same with me as the power leveling feature works in reverse. They did say it may be a couple of months before they can ship be a new corrected set. No problem for me, I have theirs in and can use them till new, properly operating ones arrive. Then ship these back.
Swap out only takes about 30 minutes.

How are your leveling motors working backwards? Did they say what it could be?

Issue I had was, low beam and high beam reflectors weren't in "unison", there's no separate adjustment screws for each reflector, they work together. I got the low beams aligned and set, but the high beams were a bit off. Passenger side was at the correct height, drivers side was substantially higher.

New headlight they sent me fixed my whole issue.

I couldn't be happier with the level of customer service i've received from HR.

I will sound like a "jerk" again :), but "the issue" was not the delay in shipping, but rather lack of communication. My response will probably be longer than necessary, but hopefully it'll be a good supplement to prior statements made not only by me, but others who have ordered the headlights.

If you look at my prior post I placed two orders; one shipped right away, and the headlights did not. I didn't really care either way, as I won't be installing those for a while, and I didn't even mention it in the thread until others have done so. I think people just wanted to be informed, that is all. As it was mentioned above, it would be nice to know an estimated ship date. The comments were not an attack on @Headlight Revolution. I hope it was looked at as an opportunity to improve, as we can always be better at what we do. I understand the we are in a very "interesting situation" right now (for a lack of a better term), but that should not stop us from effective communication, as it usually helps in mitigating potential issues, and improves customer experience. Imagine that you are so good at what you do, that nothing can affect how you deliver a service, you are always a step ahead, and your customer gets an answer before even asking a question. ;)

Again, it was probably longer then necessary, but hopefully this paints a better picture. Again, nobody was attacking @Headlight Revolution, but rather bringing their attention to an opportunity. ;)

This looks so good. I keep going between this and the EAG grill. :frusty:. Two days ago I almost ordered the EAG grill, and now that I saw this I'm having second thoughts again. :frusty: :der::frusty: :der::frusty:

I order Monday, and they shipped out today. Tracking says it will arrive Tuesday. Hopefully they install without any of the problems mentioned in this thread

Completely understandable. I PM'd a vendor (suspension items) the other day and no reply yet...they haven't been on the forum since last week. I also emailed their sales dept about an order that had missing items and never got a reply.....and yes, they were open. I had to PM the vendor when I did see them online to request the missing parts. It was frustrating. :argue:

Unfortunately we can t dictate how our comments are interpreted. Hehehe. You made me laugh when you said; " I hope it was looked at as an opportunity to improve, as we can always be better at what we do." I picture guys in the warehouse busting ass getting orders ready to ship, and a customer vents:rant:. I doubt they see it as an opportunity to improve.

Exactly. Imagine if they even had an auto-reply stating that they are backed up and it will take them additional 2-3 days to get back to you for whatever reason. I bet your overall experience would be a lot different than what it is now. ;)

If that is the case, then there is a problem with the system. ;) ...therefore, there is an opportunity to improve.

What if customer was to apply the same logic to themselves, and see certain situations as opportunities to improve because they can always be a better customer? That actually sounds kind of silly if the customer is always right huh?

You adjust the low beam height at 25' with leveler set to zero. That worked fine. When I move the adjust toward 5, meaning I have a load the headlights should adjust down but mine adjust up making the beam higher.
I figured it would be a wire splice fix, but they said they are fixing the problem at production and new ones will be sent when available.

Quick question for the people who had their headlights delivered.

Is the shipping box just a regular box or is the content of the box all over it? Asking for a friend, who did not disclose the purchase to the wife.

As of recently, we did have to start charging Tax on all Retail sales, It's related to the Wayfair decision. I know it's unfortunate, but we have no room to speak in that choice!

The XB LED Headlights are designed to be Full-DRL Power outside of Parking Light/Low/High beams, and will kick down to 50% power when in any other state besides Standalone DRL. You'd have to get crafty with the Wiring, but this may mess with your 5-Year warranty if you alter them like so! I know what you mean though, I am a total sucker for Crispy DRLs and these XBs really deliver.
