Current 1996 T-100, 265,000 Miles. Soon To Buy 2006 Tundra

Hi, I am soon to add a 2006 Tundra and I am wanting a good quality folding Tonneau. I have been looking at the BakFlip brand. Looks like a quality product.
QUESTION: The truck has a factory bedliner. Will I need to alter the bedliner at all to install the BakFlip?
