Sounds like getting litigious is the way to go.
I always hold out on that until the "nice" approach is to no avail.
If you have any lawyer friends that can help with legal ease language you might get Toyota to wake-up.
It's a shame that you may need to go this way, I personally avoid it if I can.
I hand a replacement frame on my 06 Tacoma, it was in the middle of the campaign to fix these, and the known problem was inferior metal used for several years.
    Best of luck.

Do not let them spray undercoating. Once they do that, truck is off their hands. They will say, it's now rust proofed and it's all good.

Well update which really stinks for me...Toyota will not do anything for replacement and according to my local dealer parts dept there are no frames available nationwide and none scheduled to ship...sucks because I do really like the truck and cannot trust using it as a truck. So do I consider fabricating a frame since used ones are currently not available either since I missed out on the one I had found.

Sometimes you gotta cut your losses. The alternative is to find a frame on a salvage vehicle from a rust free zone and undertake the painful process of destroying two Tundras and building one with the parts. Can't imagine the pain and suffering that would entail.

What's this?? A professional hand model should have manicured fingernails, not ones that look like they were cut with a $5 fingernail clipper and not filed. :monocle:
