2002 Tundra Axle U-JOINT Replacement??

So my Axle U joints on the rear drive shaft started getting bad. I went to the dealership to talk to them about replacing them and ordering new ones. They told me they dont make those U joints and that I need to buy the whole assembly?? Is this true? I can see the C clips holding the old U joints in so im a little skeptical. Has anyone replaced the U joints on their 2002 Tundra before?

 

I'd suggest looking at Spicer joints. I don't recall if the 2wd models have the double cardan joint but that may be the issue they're talking about.
