How much boost are you running? How did you add fuel? Did you leave the 8psi spring they give you in it?

    Parts list is as follows:

    TURBO!
    FITTINGS!
    INTERCOOLER!

For real though looks like a fun build that took a lot of trial and error. Props to the OP. I would have loved some boost when I had my 1st gens. Such solid trucks, but who doesn’t like more power.

Calm down spanky. Get it running right and good on 1 then bump it up to 2 IF you don't smoke the trans. Or front diff. Or the CV axles. Or any of the 20 other weak points.

What happened to the auxilliary transmission cooler? Did you not put it back? I hope you don't tow anything serious with that truck.

Something tells me that getup is for go-fast, not tow-fast. I think OP has already decided how this truck will be living out its last years, and I suspect it ain't towing itself to pasture.

oh it tows great trans cooler fell down i looked and said holey shiii it will bolt in right their on the lower core support. it likes 0 boost boost when towing stays 2100 rpm and does note due the up and down shifting just stay in it and turbo spools up and it pulls like a muel and does not down shift just pulls through the hills. and way better gas milage when towing.
