    I am thinking that a Krown or Fluid Film might do a better application job that doing it at home.

    This stuff is your friend Also pull that bed liner and throw it away. Pay for a spray in liner.

    Could swap the 2000 trans for a junkyard 2003 or later for added reliability but I don't know if you'd find a lower mileage trans anywhere.

    That's a great looking rig. I know i just aold mine for $6k with 144k and felt it was time.... BaT would net you a tidy sum.

    I didn't say down here. Mostly rust belt members. Water wicks up at the bed bolts, rusts out under the spray-in liner. We've got a couple of really awesome replies with photos peppered around showing it.
