Yall Cali boys are on a whole different level haha. I personally wouldn't wanna do LT but I don't live near dunes and have never run any. Sick rig though and can appreciate the $$$ and effort put into it.

Thanks, I am really interested in those. Might be perfect for me.
Which exact one did you purchase?

    Is your LB a 4x4?

Have a DC with the 6 footer, these 8 foot boys are making me think I should have gone for the LB!! How is the support for them on the frame? I feel like I've read a few threads showing our DC's are under-supported towards the cab.

I've not noticed anything that points toward under supported - but mods listed below.

    Nice! Do it.

This is a lowly SR, but yes - 5.7l V8 and 4wd. It's got a level lift, air suspension, wheels and tire upgrades, long ass running boards, stereo upgrades, headlight and tail light upgrades, tint and a driver's side grab handle.

Specific to the running boards - purchased via Real Truck - LUV-415114 - 415114 - Luverne Grip Step Wheel to Wheel Running Boards

that's a beauty. last shot hits home, as I squat with the 6.5 foot bed full of mulch. Thinking of RAS, not sure I want to go full hog on the air bag and compressor etc..

There is an additional support near the front of the longer bed, I went out and checked after I read the thread you did.

I have loaded that bed heavy and even got in an accident when loaded heavy. Bed held up well.

    I love that truck.

I wish I could find what I wanted as far as long beds, they are pretty rare and even more rare with extras. I was considering buying one when insurance totaled mine(minor frame buckle), but I couldn't find barely any long beds and none as loaded as mine...so I just bought mine back for 19K and am rolling with it...People seem to hold on to the few long beds that are out there.

I think you forgot to say that you also upgraded your stock mirrors to some tow/signal mirrors.

yeah - mirrors, fog lights, all weather mats, and the list goes on and on. I’d much rather get the bits I want than the pre-packaged offerings that I might not use.
