I have a double cab '06 Tundra. I recently lost a whole turn signal on the freeway, so I am taking this opportunity to replace all of my headlight/turn signal assemblies.

I had a question as I was shopping around online... are the turn signals for double cab and extended cab different shapes/sizes? the brand I was going to order off rockauto says it is for a crew cab, however it looks slightly different than others I see listed. I attached a screenshot of the one I was looking at ordering below.

    Thanks!

Yes. There is a pretty significant difference. And there are differences between years for headlights/turn signals in some cases as well. Stick with your cab type and year range.

Double cab is closer in proximity (and may be interchangeable with?) Sequoia. More detailed info can be found in over here.

Thanks for this. After looking at what the access cab turn signals look like, I am pretty sure I see the differences between them now. I think I was just confusing myself...

@tnort I believe double cabs also have 2 turn signal bulbs and access/regular cabs only have one turn signal bulb on each side.

I lost one recently as well. I opted to zip tie mine in. Fitment isn't great, but I don't have to worry about losing it anymore.
