    Yep, E. WA
I haven't thought about doing retrofits, I bought some cheap Jeff Bezos housings a few years ago to replace the old stockers. Does the quality of the housing matter?
    Good to know, thanks!

Not really, you aren't relying on the reflector of the housing anymore. As long as they aren't clouded over it should be fine.

Just don't get the absolute cheapest you can find. You still want something that is somewhat quality so it fits well and doesn't vibrate like crazy. Also recommend housings made with butyl sealent versus permaseal. That permaseal can be a bitch to separate.

I’ll second, or third, or whatever this. I’ve had them in for a good while now and I still absolutely love them. Actually, I just made my first trip this weekend in total darkness. 4 hrs on a 2 lane, 75mph Texas highway in the middle of whitetail country and not once was I worried.

Correct. My only small complaint is that the lenses tend to throw a little bit of purpleish light around the edges.

LOL. Also, that's a lot of scratch for a 5 pin relay and some wiring.

Before I list it on Craigslist, does anyone want my old OEM bumper? It has some dents in it which maybe could be hammered out. All chromey too. Any good ideas on what I should do with it?

im considering using mine as yard art and growing a pair of trees through the foglight holes, or chopping it up with an angle grinder and a cutoff wheel in hope i can use the curves in the future.

I gave mine to the shows up on Tuesday guy. I had some somewhat valuable stuff, tried offer up and ebay I think. Got some jokers. Those too went to the Tuesday guy. This is the best place to move stuff. But scrap that thing.

It sucks they charge you to sell certain things like vehicles now. But I'd argue CL is no more painful than FB market place. Tons of idiots wasting your time.

Need opinions. Since Toyota no longer sells master cylinders, which of these manufacturers would you buy? The one on my truck currently is Raybestos. I wouldn't be surprised if all are made in China.

Beck Arnley sources a lot of quality parts, at least they used to.

I've bought motor mounts from them for $5ea on clearance on rock auto, opened the box and they had OEM Toyota parts labels on them once ($120+ ea at the dealer lol).

Cardone, raybestos and centric are all ok.

    Cardone is absolute shit.
Do not put their parts on any vehicle you need to count on.

Beck/Arnely and Raybestos I've had good luck with.

You should be able to read a CEL code if it's a speed sensor. I had the same issue but it ended up being the wiring for the sensor and not the sensor at all. The wiring by the cab's driver's door frayed a bit and lost connection. Ended up having a shop diagnose it for me after I replaced the sensor with no improvement.
