Ive been taught not to associate with people running less than a 50 series aspect ratio.

These were Cooper Discoverer AT3 $850 installed for 4 in 265/60/18. I can't really complain about these Michelins, just under 50k on them in 4 years, and they probably have another 20k in them but I'm not buying 1 brand new tire when the others are over half worn. Another set of the same would have pushed it over the $1k mark installed and frankly if the Durango has another 30k in it I'll be happy.

You know that Cypress Hill jam about killing a man?
    Seems relevant.

None More Black is a good band.

This. Or have the lubies who work right in front of your 'desk' do it and buy them lunch. This is my plan for the upcoming tires.

IDK man. My car sat on 40 profile tires (200tw at that) all winter last winter and no flatspots. I reckon it's got more to do with the general lack of quality by auto manufacturers these days.

    I feel attacked.

I have KO2's and I like them but there are plenty of other great all terrains on the market now. I had some budget friendly Hankook AT that were good.

AT tires are expensive but they last a lot longer than the low pro performance tires. My tunny is 2WD so I'm running with craigslist 275/55 20's bridgestone all season tires for now

All the take offs from the newer 4runners are great if you don’t need a aggressive tire. And can be found pretty cheap

Yes, I do. Haven't decided if I want to stay with the Nexar brand or not.

So, I took one day off, and one guy on days put in his notice, and three are talking about it. Exit interview went well. No counter offer. Guess I've been in too much trouble to keep. Lol

The fellas and I were talking about who is in charge. Turns out only guy is planning on staying. We all told him that the ship hasn't sunk yet. He said he doesn't know how to swim.

We told him there was still time to get on a life boat.

    Weird lol

When I have an exit interview I don't plan to say anything other than if they cant figure out why I'm leaving, then they'll never figure it out. It does nothing for me to disclose anything.

.... or there may be some writing on a wall, but you don't have a key to door it sits on the other side of. I'll be honest, 90% of the time someone at your level, even at my level, aren't privy to how the sausage is made, how the books look, what's going on.

Of the three others talking about putting in notice, no doubt at least one will. A lot of employers are in denial right now, thinking "won't happen to us" or are just totally ignorant to what's going on right now socially. They'll learn. But that's on them. You take care of you. (and please, coerce others to do the same)

You'd be shocked at how many exit interview results I've been debriefed on, and mgmt in the room looked visibly shocked (or embarassed) about what was said.

It all boils down to whether mgmt above them gives a damn, or is capable of change. Suffering with that right now myself...

Ya know, I've been thinking, I've already accomplished a lot of what I wanted those ten days off between jobs for. Might be time to enjoy some of this rare time off.

I've never been very far west. Maybe time for a road trip albeit a short one.

Any one have any recommendations on what to see within a 12 hour drive of western KY?

Think he wants to get out of Kentucky and head west. It’s a loooong way to the “west” that looks so cool in all the pictures. You got hours of plains between you and the promise land. Not the time to go north, but Ozarks are nice for outdoors. KC is cool town, good BBQ, breweries etc.
