I ran at just over 3" lift for a bit over a year with stock links. That included a lot of fast abusive runs through fire trails. I didn't have a problem. Then I removed the whole assembly and still drive without it.

Then again, I live in CA and metal likes it here, in states that are harder on metal maybe an upgrade is sensible. A lot of guys run beefier links like these, and maybe they can be found cheaper.
    https://suspensionmaxx.com/product/SMX-122270T

If your links are not broken I would try running what you have for now and see where it takes you. If they are damaged, good time to upgrade. At least they don't affect alignment or anything.

    Excellent.
    I'll look for those.

Going to try stock before I go too far overboard. The truck isn't my primary project...and does most of its miles on the freeway. I'll see what I can dig up that's stock and upgrade to the maxx links if I find myself in need.

Mine have already been recycled. They would not come off the LCAs, so they went in the bin.

See that opaque white ring on the right side of the tee after you loosened that nut, that’s why should be there, or

or something like this if that 90 doesn’t actually slip up into the basket strainer

Between the strainer and the elbow pipe there should be a flat style plastic washer. It isn't the beveled style, its more of a tee style like this. It goes on the flat flange of the pipe and the nut on the basket sandwiches it. Look fot "drain tailpiece washer"
    DY104.jpg

The other pipes will have the beveled washer that Noah mentioned

Top one at the basket butts up, the rest are slip fit with beveled washer. Check those for broken washers, happens pretty often. Those nuts don't need to be super tight either, just a little past snug. They don't hold pressure.

And white pipes drain the slowest.

I mean, I'd just like to have the step bars and associated hardware if they're in good shape. I've been meaning to tuck a pair a way 'just in case'

We used to find them all the time in grove ponds, golf courses, grove irrigation canals (which always had some HUGE largemouths here and there!) and anywhere else. But much of my time was spent at least 20-30 minutes inland.

I can tell you with high confidence, the fastest way to find out if there's gators in a body of water is to take a stick and thrash it around in the water for 60 seconds like an animal that's drowning. If there's a gator within 100yds, it'll show up. This is what we'd do any time we went giggin' for bullfrogs. At night, shining a flashlight across the top of the water you're milling around in, their eyes will light up like lasers also. Though, IMO, you need to have a brass pair to do what we used to do as teenagers and young adults. The froglegs were worth it, but my sense of consequence is a little higher these days, don't think I'd wade for something to stick like we did back then. Shore gigging only.... Or treble hooks with red cloth.

That's one of the smaller ones I've seen, does that inject insulin or just transmit to a Dexcom?

Left one goes between basket and the elbow, flat side up.

Other one is a thick boy but thats for the slip fit joints where pipe goes into other pipe.

you guys talking about the little running bulbs On the inner side of the headlights? I didn’t get 4. I just got 2 switchbacks for the separate turn housings. If I need two more what size are they?

They are the same size as the ones that I already bought - 3157A. I don't have that little corner light on my 2004. Based on what @empty_lord said, I should get 2 more 3157A bulbs in LED to match. I may see if I can get something cheaper as those Diode Dynamics were a lot $$$

Better check what you have, because Access and Double Cabs are different - maybe different years of DC are different too.

As it turns out, there is already one inside the PVC elbow where it's leaking. I don't see how it's possible to add another one on the other side because this lip is there and the nut won't come off.

Pull that one out, put the new one in and smear some vaseline on the top surface and the threads. Reinstall and tighten it up. Half the time they loosen up and leak even if retightened.

Good call. That's what I did minus the Vaseline since I don't have any. That old seal was loose. The new one is snug. I put some pipe thread seal on the threads.

If you swap an open diff carrier (center of 3rd member that the ring gear bolts too and has the spider gears in it), you can.

I have one if anyone wants one. I'd give it away, or maybe trade for a worn OEM LSD I can rebuild.

Those guys don't seal on the threads but it isn't going to hurt anything, just something to help out turn a little easier.

Fedex changed my delivery date from Tuesday to Friday, then predictably from Friday to today. Problem is I'm out of town this weekend for a funeral. I talked to my neighbor and he was gonna grab it for me.

I woke up this morning to an alert saying Monday. So I told him never mind and didn't leave him a key.

An hour ago I got a text from FedEx, delivered. WTF. I text my neighbor to grab it and bring it into his house.

I can definitely send you my LSD once it’s out. Maybe even drop it somewhere on the next horse haul and you pick it up like a treasure hunt. It could be a while before it’s out though, I assume I have to get to Chandler for that?

wow the 9006 to 9012hir (low beam) and 9005 to 9012hir (high beam) both in a reflector housing makes a huge improve. last night was projectors and tonight another car with reflectors. i’ve done the 9006 to 9012hir in another car and it was tremendus. same thing on this today.

anyone with the 9006 should at least do this to 9012hir.

I bought these earlier today mid kid screaming / fighting. I’m not sure at all if I need them. But it seemed like maybe a good idea once I get the suspension on. Just waiting on Deaver and Fox to deliver.
