I’ll creep by his house, not sure which years he fancies, but he’s had a light blue and two champagne colored ones. He used to do insurance actions, so he was always on the lookout for one, and always scored a good one!

Yep! I think they have air bag suspension in the rear? I could be imagining that too

You're thinking of the bonneville ssei. Same engine in both though.

    Good info ... fo' SHO!

    :rimshot:

What about the last gen SHO? Was it the different engine too? I liked the last Taurus they made, and was even considering looking for the SHO for the added power, but I had no idea it was a different engine.

My gf has a 15 SHO. It's just the 3.5 ecoboost with a 6 spd auto and awd. It's pretty damn fast. 365hp, but it's a fatty. 4400 lbs. Compared to mine at around 3400lb.

But that ecoboost is like @Sirfive and his LS motors, they stuck it in everything. Awd system too.

I caught a couple of these in my LS4 reply, mighta missed the Buick though. Buicks are too damn expensive, didn't want to list.

I'd still love to airbag one on 17s or 18s though, shave it, would probably look awesome.

Saw an 80's Gran Nat at a gas station a week or so ago and it was mint. Gentleman in what appeared to be his late-50's/early 60's behind the wheel. Prolly owned it since new. It takes a lot to impress me since I see so much beautiful/well-maintained/restored/modded/insane foreign and domestic stuff out here I rarely bat an eye anymore but I did sit and watch him roll out onto the main road when he was done filling up.

When I think of the ultimate grandma sleeper car, the 69 dodge dart comes to mind with the slant 6 engine.

Only Dodge produced some of these cars with the 426 Hemi and 440 six pack. Now those were fast!

NOW back to our paid programming. :)

so my seat belts were delivered to the company today at 6:30am my time. 3 hours later they were boxed back up and shipped out. Hoping to have them when I’m off work Friday morning and will throw them back in. Wonder what the HP gains are gonna be

At minimum, the '08-'09 LaCrosse "Super" had it. I swear one other might've had it, but ...

I noticed my seat belt doesn’t retract yesterday.

Wasn't there an Oldsmobile version of the small Chevy blazer with that same motor?

Never mind, it was a 4.3 vortec

The Oldsmobile Aurora got the Northstar. Not sure on the Buick’s, but platform wise, they shared with Chevy and Pontiac, so likely LS.
