They arrived today. Looks like they are fairly nice. I only opened the box to take a peek. I'll get some photos if anyone is interested.

If you told me yesterday when I woke up that I'd have driven every vehicle we have (excluding nissan) today... I wouldn't have believed you.

V6 tundra is down. Low ATF. Will remedy soon after store run. Pops drove the corolla to work. Made it with no deer strikes. He said he would put fuel in it. Low fuel light was on when we did our Chinese fire drill when I came back from the laundromat.

I parked, and got out. He got in, and took off. Was one minute away from being late. Lol

My lathe came in yesterday. But I was busy helping Kelly with some house-stuff, so it's still in the box.
I also ordered some "8000 lumen" 2500k LED bulbs for the Tundra's fogs off Big Gurrl. If they suck, I'll send 'em back. This time of year, they don't put up much of a fight on items under $100. I'm not quite ready to spend $200+ on some BD lights and the junk to mount them.

Trying to get in and out of town as quicj as possible before I get spotted by a popo for... obvious reasons.

So far this is the ONLY one I've found that says dexron III. On the back it says for toyota T-III and toyota T-IV

Most Lucas stuff is pretty good. Shouldn't hurt. Maybe plan a good drain and fill once you fix the leak.

We are also having difficulty getting fluids here at the dealership.
Yesterday, Kelly and I went to Meijer for some groceries and oil for her A3. No Rotella at all. None of the flavors. Had to buy M1 turbo diesel 5w40.

So odd, must be a regional thing? I keep hearing about fluid/ oil shortages online but I've yet to encounter it in person at the shelves. Additionally O'Reilly's had a ton in their backroom when I went there yesterday to drop off a bunch of used oil.

It's good to have it stashed away.
Avoids trips into town on Sundays when service is due.
Plus if you buy ahead, you have time to snipe good deals when they pop up. (not that they ever pop up for VR1 :/ )

I'm gonna see if those ditch light brackets that came with my tail light guards will fit on the virus.

Hahaha a benchmade to score it, and then my fists to get the big chunks out!
It was definitely a old patch that I ran into, so again, this line probably has 6 more of these repairs going down to the toilet shut off
