I think that truck would be so much nicer if the rear taillights were smaller and didn’t wrap around.

Added another speed hole on the camper, waiting for the self leveling lap sealant to dry; it’s black so it should dry faster……..
Not to bad of a job, just a pain reaching over the awning and measuring out the hole.

Little bit of garage shit going on today. Neighbor gave me a cart he made for an ice chest, its angle iron with casters. My beer doesn't get far before I drink it so I re-purposed it and built a wood frame with shelves. Now I have a rolling rack for the table saw, table router, and shop vac. Almost done, just gonna throw a board on the bottom for the router cord to rest on.

I'm not woodworker. Badly planned measurements lead to a custom notch for the Mohawk. All good, it works.

Slowly binging on the Walking Dead to catch up to this coming last season. Man does it suck since Rick left the show. Seems like Negan mellowed out and has become a bore. Worst thing are these Whisperers. Why does the logic of killing the big man escape the group? They can take out this guy by just picking him off out of the group of Walkers. Dude is like a head taller than everyone else.

Anyway too humid to work outside today. Hopefully tomorrow is a little cooler.

    The Dirty T ( ^_^)_且

That show jumped the shark a long time ago. My wife bowed out at the beginning of whatever season it was when Negan was still the bad guy. I forced myself to watch the rest of that one to see what happened. I couldn't stand to watch anymore of that shit after they saved Negan, should have let him bleed out.

The truth is that show started to suck even a couple of seasons before that.

I’m kind of hoping the final season coming up will have a good finale, but so far it looks like wishful thinking.

Holy fawking sheet a car can fit in my garage!

All the weekends of struggling to clear it have finally paid off! I can't believe it. I might just drink beer all night with my GTI.
    20210807_185136.jpg

To add to the happiness, my mini fridge is working and I picked up a new Yamaha 100wx2 receiver with Bluetooth. Now I have music and beer at the ready in here. After this month be ready for some build threads.

Most of the interior is. I'm planning to paint the roof black. Can't decide on regular gloss black or metalic black.

As fast as the little bastard is I can't imagine driving it if it were black.

Nope, I'm definitely in your camp. I had two of them under 80k and loaded with features pop up while hunting for my '06, at a very good price. But I was dreading the thought of trying to replace the bed.

Stripe it front to back! I prefer a wide off-center wide stripe. But any of these varieties could look good, either on-center, or more on the 1/3 mark covering the driver's seat: https://www.mymustangstripes.com/collections/mustangstripes

If you must do the roof only, general aesthetic rule of thumb is to reference the existing paint with similar size flake, or no flake if it's non-metallic. I personally think the silver cars look better with a dark grey metallic myself, versus all-black. But ... your car, your choice!

Those cars are a blast to drive. Love that color. I had a VR6 for a couple of years that gave me plenty of smiles from 3rd gear on up.

Battery powered impact? I too have the DeWalt. Iirc mines the newer 24v. I don't recall for sure the voltage. I believe the older model was 18v or something like that.

I watched most of season 1 with Kelly.
After S1, that show turned to absolute shit.
They should have killed coral immediately. That kid was a terrible actor and the character was unendingly annoying.

I'm amazed that show has lasted this long. We enjoyed the first few seasons but then it became just another drama with little zombie action. I also couldn't stand the unlimited ammo they had. Hershel had a pump shotgun that seemed to hold 100 shells.

I stumbled into it pretty late. Never liked the hopeless feeling of the show, that isn't the kind of entertainment I like. Plus Rick is pretty annoying.

I did like Kingdom, those zombies are fawking terrifying. I think it is only available with subtitles though, deal killer for many.
