I still haven't figured out multi-quotes, or creating polls.

crossed arms, grey beard, standing at the back and all.

...except for the bands I really love. I get right up front for those and don't mind mixing it up with the kids that don't know the words and just want to dance.

I was upfront, right behind my friend MaryAnn (who was on the rail) for both of these shows two years ago. Probably the two greatest shows I've ever been to. I still get chills.

    Multi-quote is easy, and handy.

    Basic operation is this:

    Click the circled "button" here.
    upload_2021-7-14_13-48-33.jpg

You can click that on every message you want to quote, even moving through a couple pages on a thread. Then click the "Insert Quotes" button pictured below. It will pop up a list that you can review and remove comments from.
    upload_2021-7-14_13-51-55.jpg

That's your basic and easy way. If you only want to quote or multi-quote certain line out of a book somebody posted, then you just highlight the part you want and it will pop a mini menu near the text with a Quote and Multi-quote option.

The multi quote button has never worked for me. I just quote somebody and before posting reply I quote somebody else.

Polls have a strange operation where you create the thread and have an option to add a poll after you posted.

I was today years old when I learned the "Insert Quotes" button needs to be used for multi-quote. Thank you for sharing your superior forum wisdom.

If you start a new thread there's a thread tools button. Push it and you can start a poll.

To add to this, any message you've got in multi-quote will have the words "multi-quote" highlighted in the bottom right of the message. If you selected it in error, just click the button again and it will be dropped from the list.

On another note, I went into Discount Tire today to get new tires for the Rav4. I got them to price match Amazon and saved $36 per tire. I was a little surprised they would price match an online retailer. I'm pretty much a Discount Tire customer for life.

@chrisb I still don't know what I want to be when I grow up. So you are actually closer to your dream than a lot of us.

Can you open your own shop?

This is starting to remind me of the last season or 2 of the office.

4 or 5 years ago I stopped by a mulberry tree in a fence row on the way back to my house. I had watched it for a year or 2 and it never produced. I have another named mulberry tree. I took a few cuttings and grafted them onto the mulberry in the fence row. The original tree had two main trunks.

They are 100% edible and awesome. As long as you don't mind stained fingers. The young leaves also go well in salads. Deer/cows/horses will eat all the young leaves on a small tree. They are fragile and do not store well. This tree will give me a hand full of berries everyday for 1-2 months.

I never knew mulberry trees had berries until this year. The house I grew up in had 3 of those in the front yard for around 10 years, never saw a single berry.

I did feed the leaves to silkworms in elementary school.
