Exterior wise and the 5.0 engine. He says it needs the clutch replaced and a new parking cable as well. Those old fox bodies don’t seem to do well around here on the undercarriage.

You guys get salty roads like we do. You're just closer to the sea as an extra bonus/punishment.

Can’t you guys just squat in a vacant building and declare it to be yours after a set period of time?

We have a similar law for land use. My father has gained about a 1/16 of an acre for garden use for our back woods owned by the city originally.

Looks like Dyogim from TS, although I don't remember his truck having big fog lights. I believe he had rather small fog lights.

I've seen one black one here and can't remember his name. There were at least 6 on TS back in the day, each one very different and unique. I wonder where those all are now.

Apimpdad's was my favorite, at least when you couldn't tell it was white.

30 called out on days last Monday. 40 this Monday.

Raise based on annual evaluations/performance that haven't been done in 4 years that were pencil whipped into completion last week. Roughly 45 cent raise... lol

    The moon looks amazing today.

I just ordered up some 205x5 smoothie wheels in silver for one of my beetles. I might get them stripped and powder coated in ivory or antique white, but I want to see the silver first. I'll have to start build threads in the other builds once things get exciting.

No emissions tests and plenty of room for a Chevy 350, or a 4.7 if you want to get into all that wiring.

I MAY attempt a early UZ converted over to a carb setup. But meh. I want to own something classic. I dont really want all the tech

It will get modern leds for lighting but everything else id love to keep original

By the way, is this where the term "overlanding" came from? Willys-Overland Motors

My brother's first vehicle was a 56 Willys wagon. He drove it in its original shape for years before his dad fully restored it. I'll see if he'll send me a picture. It was sweet.

That car has many stories, of which, my contract doesn’t allow to be presented here. FYI: Not what you think. 5 story lines I could roll off, but can’t even in a mystical fashion.

As a child, I thought they looked like the coolest thing on the road (because they were weird) Grandpa, the same guy who threw me in the river... went out, and test drove one new.

He brought it over, and let me ride in it. He didn't buy it, and never spoke of that drive again, but as a mere 7 year old I thought it was magical to be able to ride in such an odd contraption.

Looking back now, I'm appalled that my taste could have been so shite.

I had to drive one of those as a rental when I was working outta town and I gotta tell ya, honestly, it's one of the worst cars I've ever driven. Horribly underwhelming and basic. It's basically a dodge neon that was beaten with the ugly stick.

Find the odd worn down house in a nice neighborhood. Maybe the old farm house from the original property surrounded by cookie cutter houses. Get familiar with your local multilist and watch it like a hawk.

Yeah I am not interested in IA. We have turned that into a terrible state. Mud rivers. I will look into things to do in the north. When is a good time of year to go?
