No pics highlighting my trees, but one decent size grapefruit, 3 good clumps of pomegranate, a fig. I used to have an apple and something else but the trunk rotted.
Momma bear has a pepper plant and some other random cactus plants.
We’re also fortunate to have a saguaro cactus out front; which this year they all did a freak over flowering for some reason

I like the colors, especially like that seat. I'm gonna be hunting the swap meet for parts soon and hopefully I can find a similar seat, the tan leather looks so much better than the black or white vinyl ones.

I can do the fig, barely. I am jealous of everything else. I think I want to try to grow avocado in pots.

I bought mine of CL for $40 I think. That was the first thing I bought for my bike.

Did your saguaro do that weird bloom on the side rather than the top thing due to the drought? Mine did.

Mine did more on the sides than usual, but still some on top; I clean cat boxes within its root range, so it gets water somewhat often.
From what my sister said, the saguaros bloomed more than usual due to the drought, Nature will find a way, pretty cool

Yep, I read an article in the paper that said they're doing it everywhere. Something to do with the stress from the above average temps and the drought.

Our friends in Florida have a very mature avocado tree that grows way more than they can eat. It's not the normal Hass variety but they are still tasty.

It's fixed and I'm now safely back in TX. They replaced the plugs and wires. It was only throwing a misfire code, so there ya go. Also, this engine is a gutless wonder. Like seriously. My 8000lb van with the gutless 5.4 could outrun this thing.

I have considered this with my beetles many times and always come to the same block- if I drive it daily and leave it parked at my office I'm afraid one day I'll come out and it won't be there. I imagine older Porsches are about as easy to steal as old VWs. Hopefully where you live that isn't much of a concern.

If its manual you could probably throw a $600 tune on it and transform it i to something fun to drive, but it will probably start having gremlins if you do.

For mine hitting 22 psi makes chasing all the vacuum leaks worth it... a few seconds at a time anyway.

I have a Brooks Cambium C17 in 'natural' that I'd be willing to part with. (looks like dirty white canvas) I just hate roadies and it was too wide for my MTB. It's got <500 miles on it.

I could leave it in my driveway with the windows down for a week and it'd be a-ok.
Conversely, I absolutely wouldn't leave it locked up, behind the fence, outside, at work overnight. No forking way.

I cannot understand what they are saying. I listened to a "stuff you should know" podcast episode about all that business. Apparently the brits sounded a pretty much like a good chunk of us Americans. The well to do over there wanted to sound fancy so they pumped those those speech patterns on tv and radio. Now we can't understand them. That is my version of those events.

FGTs should love it. It's every grievance that could possibly be levelled at the Turd gen all in one concise easy to read post.

I tried to get the guy to see reason, calm down, and maybe breathe, but I think I failed. Some just want to rage.

I will say that Thread is entertaining like most of the threads over in turd land once they hit 5+pages.
