First gens, and possibly a second gen for me only.

I prefer basic vehicles. I don't want screens telling me to change brakes, or oils. If my brakes sound like two cats fuckin in a dumpster behind tacobell then it's time to change'em.

    Twin turbo v6 instead of a v8.

That doesn't bother me. I believe the V6 raptor was substantially faster than the V8.

I think the front end looks too bulky. Even if you take off the front bumper cover and put a high clearance on, the hood and grill are unnecessarily tall and wide. The truck doesn't look balanced. Ever see a German shepherd/corgi mix? Or a pitbull dachsun?

I see potential. Aftermarket aluminum bumper, a better grille and another body color and it might be okay.

I'm considering it to be honest. The wheels are 6 lug. Any bets on if I could swap my TRD SEMA wheels onto a '22 Tundra? :D

I didn't even notice the headlights, I was too distracted by the whale mouth of a grille. I don't like that weird y shaped blob thing.

I do like what looks to be bed liner accents on the bumper and fender flares. It might look better black but I still think the front end is badly styled, its far out of proportion.

Bumper end caps appear to go right up under the headlights.

Aftermarket bumpers would be hard to pull off if that's the case.

The new Chevy pickup front end is hideous and ONLY looks good in black because it’s not as noticeable. I’m sure it’ll be the same for the new Tundra.

You're right. I don't see a seam between the "riser" and the bumper cap.
