She looks great. Their quality is amazing. What did you decide on for lights and paint/powder coat? I've been wanting to buy a winch but in the last 12 months the price of Smittybilt winches have really gone up. The one I had planned on ordering went from $450-$600.

I've been thinking about taking a gamble on this guy. It's a Chinese made winch just like the rest of em. Price, gearing and power don't look terrible.

I wouldn't downshift to slow me down, but I do use it to keep my speed in check on slick roads.

Never mind, my street is a huge optical illusion, it is on a large downward slope for about 250 yards. looked straight to me! checked my level at a gas station on level ground and its fine.

Thanks. We're keeping a close eye on it. Looks like Knoxville may be at a slightly lower risk thankfully. West of here it could be really bad. @Tundra2 may see some nasty weather.

Got my Plumb on and replaced 6 rotted columns at the Govna’s Mansion. Used Fiberglass Load Bearing replacements and some Critical Hand Jives.

If you hadn't put in the effort you did so far on your truck, I'd say keep them off because debaged looks so good.

Yeah. I like it debadged too. I glued the SR5 (FuzeIt) on the doors this evening and might take them back off. Or, continue and just add the small Toyota on the door. MzPHM says just live with it without and see. I’ll keep the badges either way for future.

Who's using what for code readers, I've been doing a bit of google/youtube research, but other peoples first hand experience is always nice.

I bought a cheap one off Amazon that's connects to my phone via Bluetooth. Then I use the Torque Pro app. I think someone discovered a better app though. Can't recall which one it is.

yeah, I think I’m going to go with a set of BD wide cornering to replace my fog lights. I’m unsure about the other set right now. Leaning toward some auxbeam spots.

mad far as painting goes, I’m leaning towards monstaliner. Supposedly it holds up better under uv compared to raptor liner.

Not against bleu tooth readers, but I only have a very locked down work phone. So it needs to have a way for me to download the app first before I buy anything to test to see it will install and start up properly.

my phone is part of the reason I'm looking for hands on experience, because I could be willing to buy a small tablet if a reader is worth it, and also maybe for having a larger screen for google maps :p

Speaking of monstaliner, does anyone have a tint suggestion? I’m bored of every brute force fab bumper being black, but there aren’t a lot of colors that will look good on a black truck.

There’s one guy who did his a medium grey, and it looks pretty nice.

I’ve also thought desert tan, olive drab, or midnight blue.
