They don’t even recognize Constitutional Rights anymore. Why should they care about your supercharger or weekend racer?

How hard is that to pull out of the dash? My FGT has a kind of chirping noise in the blower motor.

Didn't someone share a trick for recharging spray paint cans? I have zero luck with anything Rust-Oleum makes. My new can of rust reformer has already stopped working.

Been organizing the garage today. I have a growing pile of parts for our Rav4.

No need to pull dash. Open pass door and kneel down. You’ll see three Yellow Zinc hex screws. Pull the wire clip first (push one side and pull down). Unscrew 3 screws and the unit drops straight down.

I remember @tvpierce mentioning an air compressor blow nozzle IIRC for liquid wrench cans that stop working after being 1/2 empty. You remove the aerosol spray nozzle tip of the can and blow into it with the compressor nozzle.

With any aerosol paints, fluid film... I spray upside down until it blows clear. Works for me.

I’m actually talking about when cans lose their pressure before getting exhausted, but thanks anyway.

WTF?? My boss just left me a message to come into work tomorrow to fill in for the guy who just got his face burned from an energized RF waveguide! Damn, I’m not looking forward to it since I know less about the system then he did.

Replacing that faulty brake light switch also solved my issue where my cruise light would blink randomly. This had been happening for 3-4 months so now I'm wondering how long my brake lights had been out. Thankful someone finally told me.

I was told it leaked out a faulty gasket and he was standing long enough in its path to get burned. What I really need is some lead lined underwear to protect my nads.

They tell me it’s non-ionizing so I shouldn’t have to worry about stray radiation, but yeah. Now waiting for the safety guy to finish up his evaluation. The waveguide looks like the intake manifold to a small block Chevy. Should be an interesting day.

*curses in English, Russian, French & Margonian* It's THAT damned easy? And I've been just dealing with that noise for three years now??? *dopeslaps self* I thought I was going to have to do nasty things like rip the dashboard apart, which is why I've just been trying to ignore it! ARRRGGGHHH.

Build thread is updated with brake pictures, and shit.

Still haven't gotten off my ass about the front overhaul.

The house we're buying is going to need some demo work done. I'll need to cut up and remove a fiberglass tub/shower. I'll probably cut out some sheetrock also instead of trying to slowly chip tile away that will just destroy it anyways.

Since I already have big Donnie I'm sticking with DeWalt. Would something like this do the job well?

she'll do the job just fine. Get some nice blades and watch out for pipes. if you're tackling a few more home projects, you might invest in a whole kit with a drill, flashlight, and circular saw as well. get more tools, an extra charger, and more batteries. for only a couple hundred more.

You guys are a bad influence :D. I already have a 6.0 Ah and 4.0Ah battery. I was hoping that would be enough. I already have a good drill. A circular saw would be nice though.

Don’t save a few by going with knockoff batteries! Have a few at work and don’t even use them. Fit sucks and doesn’t hold a charge.
