I'm not sure but the folks at Crutchfield are really helpful. That's who I would order from.

I don't see why you would need a trim kit.
I have no idea why they would run new wires.

Quick fists will work well. You can also mount it on the bed wall.

    Hmmmm. PM sent.

There are two different amps IIRC, if your radio has a JBL on it indicating a JBL amp or not indicating Toyota amp, will determine which bypass harness to get.

All new wires may also be for power handling and/or for an increase in sound quality on more extreme setups.

I realized that I never shared this. Earlier this year I wanted a jack for the backwoods, something safer than a hi-lift jack. I ended up finding this 6 Ton Omega Bottle Jack. From there I bought these accessories from SafeJacks.com they are a little pricey but I'm glad I got them. The OEM bottle jack is extremely slow and also nearly 20 years old.

You can buy the entire kit(including the same Jack) from Safe Jack but it was cheaper to buy the jack separately and then pick the accessories you want. Total cost was around $132 before shipping. Initially SafeJack wanted a fortune to ship those items to me but I emailed them and they gave me a big break on shipping.

The best part is that it all fits in that storage compartment.

Do we have a truck dump thread? I'm curious what everyone has stashed in their storage compartments.

Which kayadyn do you have? I have the vario and it’s been great, other than the flash flood when we were pumping straight up silt.

Good idea. There isn’t much room in the AC compartments especially on the driver side with the OEM Bottle Jack taking up room. On that side, I’ve added a Husky Lug Wrench that provides better leverage over the original and has multiple size lug sockets in case another vehicle needs help. It breaks down into two pieces.

In the larger (by not much) pass side, some tow straps and tire plugs just in case. I try to keep the truck as light as possible. Maybe I’ll snap some pics when the sun comes up.

I have a ton of stuff in my truck, but it's all squirrelled away so that even people riding in it have no idea what's in there. If the weather is nice this weekend, I'll see about getting some pics. At the very least, I'll put together a list.

I'm honestly not sure. I've had it a long time and I've only used it once. I keep it in there for emergencies along with a lifestraw. I wonder how long the kayadayn filter is good for.

Start a thread of you want. I'll snap a few pics of all my stuff. I wish the AC's had as much under seat storage as the DC's.

I use my once or twice a year backpacking. I think as long as you rinse and dry them out well after use they can last years. Or if your in dirty waters, it will need to be replaced sooner

Anyone have a recommendation for a high-quality LED pod for my new brute force fab bumper? I’ll have the recessed cutouts, so it needs to fit those.

I really like the Baja Design pods that I have, the S2 in my rear hatch grab pocket(4runner) and the squadron pros on the ditch brackets, very bright and solid product. But I recently bought some SS3 pros from diode, haven’t lit them up yet, but the lens options and reflector quality are too knotch. I would reccomend the flood or fog pattern if it’s going on your bumper

Yep, I’m hoping for one pair wired to my fog lights, and then the other set to my switched pods.

I’d look at diode, I think they come in a little lower price then baja, and they seem to be really good quality, made in USA!! 15% sale for dark Friday deals, CIO
