The wireless CarPlay lag in my truck really isn't any worse than the delay I get at home using Apple AirPlay for streaming music to my stereo. I suspect it's just part of the protocol with the amount of buffering it adds for wireless vs a wired connection.

If I have a lag, it's not any more noticeable than in any other vehicle that uses AC. I don't remember if you purchased the exact model that I have. I don't have any complaints. I liked it so much that we have the same unit in 2 cars.

Unfortunately, she was pulling forward next to the garage. I have been working with her whenever i have her drive me to Walmart and using open parking spaces out in the parking lot away from cars. Been trying to teach her to use the center of the hood to judge bumper and tire locations in space but she's having issues with it. We have some rumble strips on the side of the road right before our turn and I will use those so she can get a better feel. She's been doing better at getting it between the lines but the bumper got her. It didn't cave in the corner so it is still pretty structurally sound. Just scraped to hell.

I have the AAWirlesss Two in my CR-V and it works really well. But I use Android Auto and the version I have is AA only. https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0DBVMG9Y...R9723DGCY4CFHK1H9&starsLeft=1&skipTwisterOG=1
I got it last year and they said the AC version would be out sometime this fall. I don't have any lag other than sometimes when I use voice assist text messaging, it will pick up the "What's the message" and add that to the text before I speak. But usually that only happens when I am out in bad cell coverage areas only.

No, she was trying to park up close to the garage like we do because she is the last to leave in the morning out of the 3 of us. Just bad judgement on her part since there was almost enough room to park another car between the truck and my car where she was trying to pull into. It was a learning experience.

Actually, that is one of the reasons she loves the truck, less technology. But I am putting a backup camera in it because of the rake of the truck and not being able to see things within 10' behind it a sedan can hide. I hope to have it wired up this weekend.

I have an old 10inch that I may end up installing in my Corolla at some point. The Tundra is only planned for the headunit upgrade in my future.

Crack the bleeders, drive until the calipers start to drag, repeat. Or its just the abs sensor.
