I just noticed this phone holder accessory tray to replace the ash tray on Amazon for $17. I might give it a try. This seems to be an improvement over stashing my phone in one of the center console cup holders.

I don't play with my phone much in the truck but I did buy this organizer in a bargain bin somewhere for a couple bucks shortly after I purchased the truck near 25 years ago. Not many cell phones back then. The fold down seat cup holders also securely hold a phone.
