We got all but the center steering rack bolt torqued to spec. Got the alignment good enough to drop off at Toy Lex on Friday.
Hopefully I'll have it back before the following Wednesday, so I can take it out to @Sirfive's compound for our spring shenanigans. Otherwise I'll have to take the race truck or wait til the following weekend.

I think I need some of those for my bellows. I broke the biggest plastic zip tie I had with my bare hands, tightening it to the bellow this morning.

Been MIA for awhile now! Changing jobs and spending lots of time with the kiddo, the first year really does fly by.. Just finished up a nice camping trip with some great company.

The AC just wasn’t doing it for me, felt like I needed the extra space a double cab would offer.

I ended up finding a guy local to me looking to downsize his double cab, seemed like it was meant to be. Scored a 2004 DC 4x4, couldn’t be more stoked!

I think i’m going to go a different route with this truck. Didn’t enjoy the ride quality that much, felt it was a bit too stiff. Did enjoy the wheels/tires though but so did the other guy lol.

Looking forward to making it my own and watching it change though

Well hot damn. I may actually get one this time.

But then again, FedEx, and it's taking a week. Which probably means it's shipping from the left coast. Last time I got a Denso alt from PAC NW specifically, it took more than a week to get here, via FedEx, and arrived destroyed.

That’s one big ass ez-out to remove a hex plug. I’m surprised you still needed a torch.

Not a hex plug, it's a thread repair insert. Somebody impacted a standard bolt in a metric thread. Hence the insert, and then they did it again on the insert. The outer thread is M42, and the inner thread is M16

    They're red loctited in
