Supply and demand. Hard to negotiate when those long tubes have been discontinued. Too much for me though!

 

It shouldn’t be the part#, it should be readable with an OBD2 reader under vehicle information.

Dirty Deeds makes the exact design as the JBAs, because JBA was using his design. Difference being now they are hand made in small production numbers, so the price went up. It's really too bad JBA stopped making them. I would assume they had either a larger team to hand build them, or automation

I've gone back and forth on long tube headers, but it just seems like the install is gonna be brutal and the overall true cost involves way more than just the headers. And I'm worried about it screwing up my check engine light for eternity. Which maybe I should get over, but I don't really want to look at that every day.

But those are within driving distance for me. Easy.

 

IMHO they're cool AF, but the price of entry is so high now and you nailed it, regarding the supplemental shit involved to keep the ECU happy. Plus they don't make a huge impact. I don't regret getting mine, but it was a lot of money for little gain. Might as well save for the Bullet intercooled supercharger kit and install it yourself.

Same. But the long tubes look cool and sound cool. So there's that's, which is nice.

 

I've looked at that Bullet kit. But geez, for the cost of the kit, you could probably just LS swap in a monster, right?
