That was the only place I could get a decent breakfast for $3.50 back in the 90s. At that time $8-$10 was typical.

Plus $1 tip because who wants 15-20% of $3.50?

I bet a block heater would pay for itself after two tanks of fuel

Simple enough to salvage. Take a second boat out there that’s loaded up with a generator, lots of extension cords, and a bilge pump….maybe two bilge pumps if the first one can’t keep up.

What is this "block heater" you speak of? Is that like the mythical white stuff y'all call "snow" up north? :p

I got same message, robocall earlier today while I was doing a site walkthru with a potential customer. It was right after getting 3 spam/scam robocalls in a row, 20-30mins passed, and caller ID says "Rockauto", told the guy, "gotta take this!"

Then they emailed a bit later. Part of me is sad. Part of me is happy, I need the money but didn't want to miss out on the part.

We actually got snow about two weeks ago. It's very rare here. I'm talking like 5 times in the last 36 years.

I just remember it being December 2018 and I've taken my 06 to a fellow Toyota enthusiast's house to install a lift. I've owned this great Tundra for all of 3 months. I've got some Toytec, Bilstein, SPC, and Wheelers Off-road goodies. I can't get the big UCA bolt out because it's hitting the body of the truck. I can't get the lower shock bolt out because the CVs are in the way and it's my first 4x4. I can't figure out how to get the sway bar links off...
So I start beating the shit out of the UJB with a hammer, to no avail. Finally I go inside to seek help from the elders. I must have been in there a while, because once I go back out, the cavalry has arrived and they already have both sides almost completely appart

Intentional, I am a short tripper/commuter. I understand the MPG theory, but believe it or not there was little to no difference in mpg for me and my use. What did change, was a pesky 0430 that kept popping up disappeared. I don't think that was coincidence. I think these things like to be RUN, and not the put put put I was doing in OD. My rig is So far from perfect though, so YMMV.
Never say "slam" and "in the butt" to me in a post ever again....:rofl:;)

    Yeah that's the nice way.
Pops would say "Don't let the door hit you in the ass on the way out."
This is the same man who's catch phrase has always been "Yeah, well people in Hell want ice water."

Sometimes the starts align just right and I have to shuffle both trucks and the forklift to do whatever the task at hand is. Hurts my soul to short run all three in a matter of minutes.

Well I decided it's time to sell some stuff I been saving for a while. I'll make a thread when I get off work in a few hours with pics and prices.

    What I got:
    (2) 2004+ big ball joints, OEM new in packaging
    (4) Brushed aluminum TRD center caps, OEM new in packaging
    (5) Lexus GX wheels are already listed here
    (1) TRD Pro grill for DC already listen here

I'm probably forgetting something. But there ya go.

New skill unlocked: 360° entry snow drifts

Had to drive some friends home from the architecture building because the buses all got stuck in the snow/ice. Tundra saved the day- and also provided some entertainment. This thing is a drift machine with the rear sway bar.
