Not sure how he's doing, but not a threat to him either currently.

Yeah I just talked to him. Forgot I had his number from Merus.
I texted Rusty, but haven't heard back yet. I don't have anyone else's number.

Edit: actually I do have Voss' number. Didn't text because he's here now.

One thing I regret when I visited was I didn't try any local cuisine. Unless you count some gas station fried burrito I grabbed omw out of Flagstaff. I don't count it since it's basic bitch food I can get anywhere.

There's a lot of competition in Sedona in resorts and restaurants. I'm only stating my preferences. Judi's is exceptional, but it isn't cheap. The customer service, atmosphere and taste is 1st class. They treat you right. When I go to Sedona, I don't go anywhere else.

    P.S. it is very quiet.

    I really can't.
I have family there that have offered to let me stay with them til I find a job and a place to stay, in exchange for helping out around the three of their houses. Two cousins and an uncle. Might even be able to move in with my disabled cousin permanently. His sister seems to think I'd be a positive influence. Plus my uncle has a big shop I could wrench in. Maybe I could talk him onto installing a two post lift. And i's be much closer to adventures than I am now.

I think this is the vision blur some have issues with. There are a crapload of warehouse/transportation houses based here. Don't even want to harbor (hur, hur) a guess about what products are going to go up in price, or what irreplaceables may end up being lost. That'll be a nationwide hit.

We're liable to see similar as the eastern seaboard freezes over from the GA/FL border up to the Great North. Complete lockdown, I guess it's a good thing that's coming on a Friday?

Insurance companies will be absolutely horrible to deal with over there during the aftermath. State Farm and a few other companies are already pulling out of CA. I can only imagine that more and more will follow in the same direction.

Good luck to all those affected.

Just updated that fire video a couple posts up. It's really insane the viciousness of that wind!

No doubt. After living in FL, I've seen the wild hurdles insurance companies will go through to avoid paying out on a claim. I can't even imagine what it's like for fires. Those bastards are probably working overtime trying to trace it back to a human so they can claim the loss wasn't "An Act of God" or some nonsense.

I think the generations in their 30s and under are, by far, the least powerful generations we've ever seen in history. There are a few stragglers who've had the support and means to carve out something but the sad reality is, the generations preceding Gen X haven't been reliniquishing control of anydamnthing, and haven't left much of any of the social safety nets in place that enabled them to get there.

Almost every time we have large fires, it leads back to a human setting fires on purpose. It’s not a coincidence 3 large fires erupted near popular walking trails at once. Heck the last fire started after the winds stopped at the Hollywood walking trail.

Mentioned this trend to Mo last year and about a week later someone was arrested for starting the fire.

Insurance still pays out even if arsonists started the fire. They’ll no doubt fight tooth and nail to “Deny, Defend, Depose” those claims tho.

The largest fire that wasn’t near my house,https://x.com/tpostmillennial/status/1877343418457674041?s=46

Insurance companies will probably start denying claims for fires in a fire prone area or floods in a flood prone area.

It's almost always best to get an attorney in large insurance settlement cases. They know the laws and can help get what's needed approved much better than the average joe, otherwise they will try to skim under the radar and hope that the customer doesn't notice. In Ga diminished value payments are required to be paid out by law after an accident, but most insurance companies rely on the customers ignorance to not pay it. If it isn't asked for then sometimes the customer gets screwed.

If you fast forward to some of the more recent posts, you can find a few pairs of TITS, some shiny TITS, some fake TITS and even a pair of unequal size TITS...
