I hit problem spots with Fluid Film. Its expensive, but its fire/forget, water just cleans it up.

Reminds me of when I was ordering my headers from Dirty Deeds and Keith said I should cut and solder my O2 sensor wires to be longer. I told em I wasn't going that route and would instead buy extensions. I think he thought I meant for the sensors themselves, and told me they would leak. I thought how they fuck does electricity leak? Because I meant wire harness extensions.

Not at all, I'll agree to disagree, and leave it at that. My commentary was centered on the historical long view, and it's being taken out of context. It's impossible to debate when someone takes it to that point.

Using the history of posts related to Sarah's channel is taking the current comments out of context, no? Why can the individual comments not be viewed separately being as they are made by different people? Looking at the "historical long view" paints the current comments with views that were not expressed by the commenter.

Again, not trying to be a dick or anything. Just enjoying the conversation.

I mean I've had a lot of fun off road in 2wd trucks and ATVs. They all get stuck eventually. Luckily you'll have the Tundra to rescue the John Deer.

I find myself letting others change the oil on my "expensive" family car (2019 Rav4, currently), but not trusting anyone to do anything to the Tundra :)

If I could find a decent oil collection pan, I'd do my own again. The last one I used is the same type I see everywhere, with the shallow pan and they splash oil everywhere. That's when I said fuck this. I loved changing my oil when I could do it in the various shops I worked for, with a lift or a pit. Did it myself in my driveway til my good oil pan finally shit the bed.

Have you considered a fumoto valve with a length of tubing? It keeps the oil more contained and is less likely to splash.

Yeah I've thought about it. My only concern is whether I'd be able to turn the valve thru the drain hole in my Skid Row skid plates. I'm not removing my skids every time I need to change the oil

I think I'm just under the 500k mark, with half of that happening in the few years I was earning my living with a CDL. Not hard to rack miles when you are running 500-600 miles a day.

They are pretty easy to operate with just one finger. You can get one finger in the hole, right?

a tool could easily be made. Might have to drill an access hole through a plate. After a couple times, you'll feel it catch & do it blind.

I have a lawn guy. But only for 2 reasons. I don't have a mower at my house and it's a pain to load and unload it in my truck. And 2, my lawn guy is our #2 safety guy so it's a side hustle for him. And I only have to mow when it rains. Which ain't a lot. I think last year I mowed twice all year.

But yeah, anyone who puts beans in chili probably wipes before they shit.

Also Also, I haven't washed my truck since T2S. Last year.

yessir, And you didnt have anything to mow last time i was up there. Except the backyard, but i didnt wanna disturb the skunk anyway. Need to warn folks about the dust. Bring a headsock, unless you can chew dust into magic.

ye, that was the last time i polished mine, but i've had layers of ill-prepped paint wash off. Decided when it gets bad enough i'll go vinyl or w/e.

Why would I put beans in chili when, if it's actually chili, it already has them?

I was going to say, it's easy when you and B only need to take a weedwacker to a handful of blades of grass, a few times a year.
We gotta mow every 5-7 days down here in the summer. Doesn't matter if it's a drought or not. The grass keeps growing. Just goes from green to brown.

F'n yankee. You can add beans to chili, but a proper chili doesnt need beans. Just like some add cheese and sour cream, and syrup (because the bacon is already in there), dress it up as you see fit. Throw it into tacos, burritos, bowls, or burgers.

not quite fat enough to put you into a food coma, but hot enough to keep portions small.
