I am by no means the expert. All I can say is what *I* would do. But I'm just one opinion out there. If any question, seek out others.

Exactly. Why not run in the morning before sun up or after dusk, @JakeJake? At least you don’t have the sun beating down on you.

Oh I do that too, but I like to catch a run here and there in terrible conditions. Super hot, In a snowstorm, pouring rain, muddy conditions. All in pursuit of type 2 fun.

I like the idea that I'm hard to kill.

I have never been killed before, therefore, I am unkillable until proven otherwise.

I truly thought I was invincible until my early 20s. I had never even had a broken bone or sprained ankle. I out worked everyone. Carried heavier stuff than they did. Wasn’t afraid of anything. Then my wife got pregnant and my mortality suddenly rushed into my consciousness. Despite realizing I was mortal and had to be more careful to protect my life so that my kid would have a dad around, I am still incredibly hard to kill. I will be around for the zombie apocalypse. I will survive. Mostly out of stubbornness.

Probably for the best. If you can avoid a potential back injury in your youth you won’t come to regret it in your 40’s+.

New subject, but I replaced the vacuum lines on my 2000 4.7 and it runs much better. One line was completely off and two others were leaking.

1st Gen'ers are the royalty of thread derails, and this is the thread for derailing, so I find your post to be on-color, albeit not in the thread that'll get you more likes.

Have you taken a look on the cost of replacing a battery in one of those? You could buy a near mint best gen with that money.

I just don't like EVs. And the fact they disrespected the awesome Lighting name with an EV truck is disrespect. Same with the mustang.

Just want to confirm front end compatibility…

All access cab grilles are interchangeable regardless of year right? I’m pretty sure the hoods are all the same?

I know DC and AC front ends are completely different.
