35's are 32-33's when aired down. 33's are 31-32's...

True, but am I going to run aired down tires on the street? Sand, rocks or snow for sure but street use naw.

 

People get around on the street on 25-28's perfectly fine.

Pipe would work, But toasty is right. DOM tubing is a much better option far as strength and quality goes.

 

I was just referring to it for wall thickness is all. DOM should always be used for structural applications.

 

Pipe and tube are different animals……. Plumbers VS welders. Pipe doesn’t come in dom, and is only 40 or 80 schedule.
I’m sure you well know this but making sure your intent is clear

 

Roll cages, frame works = DOM Tube
Drainage systems, oil/ gas lines = Pipe
