They include the dust cover at the wheel end (blue) but not the cover for the diff side (green)

Exactly what I was looking for. The seal in question was the blue side. I assumed the diff side wasn't included. How many miles do you have on your set? Do you recommend them? Not many CV options I'm either going with Trakmotive or Nape.

You guys are getting paid !?

The big money in a setup like that is in the shocks. The fabricated parts would be cheap, especially if you were exchanging your test pilot services.

I don't want to put the cart before the horse though. I'll start by building the jig for a standard width LCA and baby step from there.

Not a thing. It's a loss leader. Keeps people happy, adds value, brings in new members. It a legend that people talk about, and then discover is true. Great business gimmick.

Another is their $5 rotisserie chicken. Tasty, larger than most others, they keep them in stock..., and at the back of the store. Customers seldom make it in to but that chicken without adding more purchases before they leave.

Thats a pretty damn good idea. Welding to cast steel can be a fickle bitch though, it will be interesting to see the longevity of them.

Oh and the thing where bolt failure seems just as common as joint failure

It's all about those preheat and interpass temps with cast. And it really should be TiG welded vice MiG or stick. I've done my fair share of pot and cast metal welds in the Navy. Never a fun time, especially with ferris pot metal, oh it's steel just use 7018, famous last words of those know it all wet be hind the ears not 4955 "welders"
