Land alone is $225K when I last looked. The house looks like it isn't worth more than $150K since it needs a complete gut. (It's actually worse than the pics)

lol warehouse kid was putting a pallet on the truck and unfortunately the corner of the pallet met my tail lense. Company is paying for it. Kid is embarrassed af. No harm no foul. Got a real good laugh and now he will never live this down.

Insane. A house assessed at $500k typically has $10k/year in taxes. Houses in most places are $500k-$1M on average to put it in perspective.

 

I thought mine was expensive at 233k and my taxes are 3k. My house should have only been worth 180k or so. Then 8 months after I bought it the value went up to 290k. Its absurd.

 

Has your town or city services improved as a result? My guess is no. Makes you wonder how all that local tax money is getting spent.

 

Yeah, they built a damned amphitheater in the most congested part of the town with the taxes. But hey, we had Ludacris hosted there once.

What makes it even more depressing is that my grandma was telling me that her mortgage for her current home was only $350 per month when she bought it in the early 00's. I would have so much more money in my pocket if that were my mortgage.

I cracked my left tail light back in 2018 with a heavy duty rear bumper I was putting in the bed. Clear tape mod has held up great. The LED reverse lights are fine
