Definitely gr8 bolts, and definitely wire wheel anything zink coated if your welding them, put a bolt in the nut your welding so it keeps true form while welding

Welding galvanized or zinc coated metals can cause metal fume fever. The little bit on bolts is not likely to cause problems

I think Sedona is prettier than Moab. Hell that’s better than here. So much private owned land you have to go hours to get anywhere decent.

Yep I'm going. Probably heading out the 23rd but might not immediately head to Parker. Will likely be dicking around in AZ for at least a week once the event is over.

That's awesome. Have seen "sublet" noted in technical notes for some SCs (like this one) when dealer recovering add'l cost. Couldn't find sub instructions for SC 70B though. 70B seems to apply to 2004s and thought you had a 2003?

So LBJs got done under SC 70B in 2008 and again in 2021 under SC 50J.

Do you have multiple trucks, or maybe your '03 is late year manufactured and really considered an '04 and there were two LBJ recalls???

Nice catch. So basically the 2008 repair wasn't claimed using opcode 7511A1 to clear the 50J and he got a second set of LBJs because 50J could still be claimed?!

Not sure honestly. I’m a parts monkey, so 90% of that warranty/Service campaign mumbo jumbo goes over my head.

edit: looks like “50J” is 2002-early 2004, and “70B” is 2004-2006? Possibly he got super lucky and his vin was included in both SSCs?

I recently had WV assigned to me as part of my sales territory. I tried looking up major companies headquartered there. They only have 9 companies with revenue over $1B. Virginia has 174. I have a feeling I won't be spending a ton of time in WV. It's a pretty state but that's about all they have going for them.
