I don't remember the exact amount in 2020 but it was somewhere around $1000-1200 then $140 to get powder coating. I know he's raised priced since then.

I paid like $300 I think to get my BFF rear powder coated. I paid $1450 for my rear before shipping.
Obviously that's apples and oranges though.

Snap on. Box says no glue required. I haven't opened it yet.

I'm surprised they didn't add pleasant fruity smells to encourage more kids to use it. Kind of like vaping.

I'm so glad I never picked up that habit. I find most people who vape tend to be rabid about that shit, I'd go so far as to say "eccentric". I learned never to ask what flavor it was. All the shit smells like dessert or candy to me most of the time. Best thing I ever did was quite smoking in my late 20s after about 20 years of lighting up.

i mean there are the “vaperZ” and then there are people like me, who used it to stop smoking cigs. I went back and forth for a few years before dropping stogies all together a few years ago. I’ll occasionally puff a smoke here and there but it’s definitely no longer a want.

Me too. I've always said that if I'm going to be addicted to a drug it better be something fun. Nicotine is dumb.

    I’m pleasantly surprised by this.

Setup is 3” lift on 17x9.5 -32 Raceline beadlocks with 305/70/17 toyo at3.

Pictured is as the dash reads and second is with 12.74% correction for the tire size.

Am I reading it wrong, or you basically lost ~2mpg, i.e. a ~13% drop in mpg over what would've been stock?

If you want to be eco friendly, you can use seawater while you're at it.

Not sure what these are tracking stock, but this is pretty consistent mileage per tank for me. Calculated the mpg for the first time and I was sure I was going to tank 1-2 mpg going beadlocks. This was not a full tank. I could’ve sworn most guys on bigger tires were getting less than what I just calculated.

edit: to answer your question I threw ~13% into the equation to account for the larger tire size vs what the truck reads in calibrated.

did you do highway? Or street? On highway efficiency tends to go up/stay close to OEM due to the diameter of the tire and the mass is already rolling (in short it requires less to cover more ground). In normal stop and go street driving. The efficiency tends to go down due to using more power to get the heavy meats rolling
